Dear EA SPORTS FC MOBILE TEAM,
Very disappointing, I don't know why suspended 168h,
As a player when i contact with the support team, After completing the verification procedure, why the player id suspended or banned the info must provide to the player and if the player request for support, as 1st warning, They can slove the issue.

It sounds like there might be a ban in place. This isn't something we can look into through the EA Forums, but if you reach out to our Terms of Service team with a ban appeal, they can investigate it from there for you.
