FC Mobile Stuck on Black Loading Screen – iOS

Hello EA SPORTS FC Mobile Team,

I am experiencing a problem with FC Mobile on my iPhone.

When I launch the game, it starts loading, but then it gets stuck on a black screen with the FC Mobile logo in the center. I cannot access the main menu or play the game.

I have already tried several troubleshooting solutions, but the issue still persists.

I also tried reporting the problem through EA Help, but the reporting form was not working.

Please investigate this issue and help me resolve it.

Platform: iOS

    Hello EA SPORTS FC Mobile Support Team,

    I kindly request your urgent assistance with this issue.

    I have tried all the troubleshooting solutions available to me, but unfortunately, nothing has worked.

    Every time I launch FC Mobile on my iOS device, the game gets stuck on a black screen with the FC Mobile logo, preventing me from accessing my account or playing.

    This issue is extremely frustrating because I am completely unable to play the game.

    I would greatly appreciate it if the EA technical team could investigate this issue and provide a solution as soon as possible.
