Subject: FC Mobile update incompatibility on itel A80

Hello EA Support,

I play EA SPORTS FC Mobile on an itel A80 running Android 14, with 4 GB of physical RAM.

The game worked on my phone before, but now it asks me to update. When I open Google Play, I get the message: “This app isn't compatible with your device.”

My phone is up to date and certified by Google Play. I would like to know why my device is no longer compatible and whether this issue can be resolved.

Could you please check the compatibility of the itel A80 with the latest version of FC Mobile?
