Fc Mobile Updates deleting accounts

My account has been deleted off a content update when i got a connection error and i was logged out of my account then i tried logging back in and it restarted my account and ive been trying to contact fc mobile for days but no one contacted me back and Ea Help has been no help and i spent hundreds of dollars on this game and no one will help me. They even changed my name ..
