Fc points doesn't go to my fc mobile account after purchase

Hello,guyz.Yesterday purchased fc points in fc mobile 26,money went from my card,but fc points doesn't came.Who can help me to solve this problem?

Earlier was this type of issues,but money backed everytime,what i should to do to get fc points???
