Game account linking issues

There is an issue with linking my FC Mobile account to my EA account. In the game, it shows that I have linked my EA account, with a green checkmark in the 'Account Linking' section, but I am not receiving the rewards from linking.

When I log into the EA Redeem Code website, my EA account says that it hasn't been linked to any FC Mobile game account. I have tried reloading multiple times, but it still says that my EA account is not linked to the FC Mobile game.

Please help me, as I haven't been able to redeem gift codes for a long time.
