Game connectivity issue even if your connection is good

EA my connection was perfectly fine but for some reason the loading screen took so long to load and when it finally loaded it said, Network Problem (cherry) 0x0200060F and I lost the match and I lost a star and somehow it only happens in crutial matches it almost feels deliberate so EA I feel like you guys should not deduct the star if any errors in connectivity happens. Please give me back my rank start
