Game Freezing after winning H2H matches

Hey my Game is freezing after winning any head to head matches in the fc mobile. The page where we get the reward of our leagues like amature 2 rewards. Tap to open ... Then the screen is frozen.. ...

I have Iphone 14 Pro and same problem Im pretty sure that its the game, but "fix" is just wait for a minute or so and u will be able to open the pack. They need to fix this fast
