Game makes me forfeit the match

When I am completing the icon chronicles for Roberto Carlos one of the AI matches makes me forfeit due to connection issues(as seen in the screen) even tho my WiFi is perfectly fine. I can play any other icon chronicles except that match(as seen in the screenshot). Some one please help me it’s been like that for about 2 weeks and a half.
