Game stopping from the start - FC Mobile

Not once or twice, this is happening for me like the 100th time. Everytime time my game crash from the start of a match . The whole screen will freezes. You have got one of the worst server in the planet. I know you're not going to give a * about what I am saying here. Coz I don't pay you guys for any game. If you have some humanity left in your big money sucking heart of yours then please do look into this and fix this. I have lost a lot of matches this way. This sucks really really sucks
