Gem's not received

I did the olay 380k and olay 250k gem offers and I did not recieve my reward, I have proof of purchase and no sign of rewards.

  • @Sanyosa No - it is a tapjoy/third party issue - it says in the gems offer page that any issues should be followed up with the supplier.

    EA customer service will not be able to assist with missing rewards from third party providers/offers

  • @Kxnne1 Yeah mate - they are a third party provider … if you look at the details on the gems offers page it tells you that they are third party offers and any issues need to followed up with the provider (for me that is tapjoy - might be different in your region, because I know that different regions tend to have slightly different offers)

    Mine says advertiser not tapjoy. Don't even know where to start

    @kingAltra Customer service in game, note missing rewards and they will give you the contact

    @mendozzamagic I must say that the problem with 3rd party issue is the inly one they've solved for me 🤣
    They gave me the link to contact tapjoy and I solved the issue 🙂
    Happy New Year! Hope this year you'll have less work here and someone from EA will take over 😉
