Gems offers issue

Question

As for the gems offers, I completed the Galaxy Survivor 3D game offer, but I did not receive the gems except for the first prize worth 16 gems out of 153,818 gems. This happened to me before in the Sky Dive game, but I did not care because I stopped and did not complete it, but now I have spent a long time In this offer and I did not receive the prize, so I was wondering about the problem until a friend told me to contact technical support. They answered me to post here and ask for upvot my post please any help here

@zjpk5klsk62k I don't think anyone here can help you. Customer support should have given you contact for the 3rd party that made that offer. Contact them again, don't say you have a bug because thay will automatically forward you here. Say you have missing rewards

I did that they return to me and ask me some questions then ask me to send an attachment as a pic as a proof but then nothing for more than 5 days and the offer time will end in around 2 days I really don't know what to do&nbsp;
