For twice in a row this month, the redeem codes have not worked for me - the redeem site acknowledges (both first time when it shows a reward acknowledgement, and also in later rejections when trying a repeat) but nothing appears within the app. Arguably, a glitch and a very frustrating one.
Where are you redeeming the code? On your mobile, tablet, or PC? Grab a screenshot showing the acknowledgement, then log in to the game and screenshot the notifications where the content did not arrive. After that, raise a ticket with the helpdesk via the in-game menu stating the missing content. Also include what maintenance or troubleshooting you did with the browsers on the device where you accessed the redeem website.
On tablet and the official redeem code site - have redeemed before many times, so apparently a bug with the new update. Thank you for the suggestion.
