I have vivo y56 5g phone which permits every thing mentioned in ea article but ea don't give this model in their list it already have android 15 and I don't have budget to buy a new ph and I don't want to stop playing this game can anyone fix this problem?

Hello EA_Barry. I followed the support guide, and advisors approved a recovery pack to restore my progress on my new account (New UID: [Removed - CM]). However, the technical team granted me only 3,000,000 coins and some XP. My old guest account (Old UID: [Removed - CM]) actually had 1,500,000,000 (1.5 Billion) coins and all my top-tier player cards! I lost 99.8% of my coins, and no players were restored. Support chat told me they cannot adjust this manually. Please look into my old UID logs and help me get fair compensation for my lost billions and team. Thank you!
