Got scammed by EA

I bought FC points on my IPhone. The app froze and said the purchase didn’t went through. I got billed and I paid it. Got invoice from Apple but my FC points nowhere to be found. Wrote to support for week didn’t answered. Apple support won’t return my money. It is just shameful and disgusting behaviour.
