H2H and VSA Disconnection Issues

Dear EA Support,

H2H and VSA matches keep glitching and disconnecting even when my internet connection is working properly. This causes unfair losses and ruins my gaming experience.

Please investigate your servers and fix, these connection issues permanently. I should not lose matches because of repeated disconnections despite having a stable network.

Please take this complaint seriously and provide a proper solution as soon as possible.

    Hi there. Are you able to test your game using a different Wi-Fi network?
    Network routing issues can sometimes cause performance drops, so testing on a different connection is super helpful. Additionally, try lowering your in-game graphics settings and let us know if that helps smooth things out.

    If you haven't done so in a while, please also restart your device and clear your game cache data. Let us know how those steps go!
