H2H Lag

I have same issue last 2 years. But you always said Android device problem !!. I changed 2 devices . This issue have lot of Players. but what the hack on EA.!? If you can't help this issue then why would you provide customer support.  I have been facing head to head match disconnect issue I can't play more than 1 game in h2h . I have been reporting this so long time. You guys told me to go answer hq what is the use of that. Please provide good path to gaming.
