my ea account got hacked, he change the password and email, but i can still use the account of fc mobile, because the acc linked by my Facebook and google play ea advisor isnt help me, pls help me

my account also got hacked, the people/person spent a ton of money. we denied the charges and then my account got banned. ea is a **bleep** company and they won’t help
