i am unable to clain rewards in road to icon section
i have completed all matches but unable to claim rewards

- @uuyi0fx47qpi You can't acquire every levels points. They didn't highlighted that, but I supposed it was the case. Always try the hardest one first.
I didn’t get the reward for TOTY road to icon, even after completing the required matches
Im having the exact same issue.. any update as to why this is happening?

Hey everyone,
I'd like to share some clarification on this. It seems that many of you get a little confused, but as you can see from the description of the TOTY: ROAD TO ICON, on the left-hand side, you can choose one of the 3 difficulties every day. There is no bug here.
Please fix the bug from toty event "road to icon"
I have completed the mission but i cannot claim the reward
Yes but, for example, I get every icon prize and on the right side the prizes like 3 icin players and 150 shards wont open. ☹️
It also happened to me, i wanted to collect shards but I can’t beacuse of the bug
- @gzkqoe0hihlg He is talking about the final reward: 3 icon players or 150 shard (when you get all icon rewards you can choose the final reward). I have also the same problem.
I’ve also claimed all of the rewards for Week 1 and the TOTY players (the “Milestone Rewards”) did not unlock. The reply from the EA Moderator clarified nothing. Either the game is buggy or the the way the rewards are earned has not been explained clearly (in here or in the game). Do you have to earn the “Road to ICON Rewards” for all for weeks to get the Milestone rewards? That’s not what the description (or the layout) would lead you to believe. Somebody please explain.
