i am unable to clain rewards in road to icon section

I have the same problem I completed all but I can't get my reward what can I do ?

I also have the same problem I cant claim my reward 

If the rewards don’t unlock until you’ve completed all four weeks then make that clear IN THE GAME. We shouldn’t have to come in here to get an explanation about basic game mechanics. The way it’s currently set up is, at best, unclear and, at worst, totally misleading.

That is expected behavior, if you completed the "easy" track first you will not be able to collect the rewards for the hard or crazy tracks. I recommend you complete the crazy track first as it will grant you 300 TOTY Icon Tokens

Same here, I believe the first week has to end and then we will be able to collect one of the 4 available rewards.

Um, yes they did. It says 1 of 3 in the introduction. Guess no one reads anymore.
