I bought the game pass on the 22nd and I haven't received it.

I bought the game pass on the 22nd and haven't received it. I've been trying to resolve this issue for a few days now, and I haven't received any response from EA yet. Google has already informed me that only EA can resolve this issue because the purchase money went directly to them.

If anyone can help me, I'd be grateful.
