I can't insert birthdate month and year

Hello all,  I've installed fc24 mobile and NBA y a Android smart box TV, and when start the app for the first time apper the window to scroll and insert birthdate month and year, but it is completly...

Yes, it is happening in my smart box tv wich is an Android 11.0 X98 Plus Amlogic S905W2 RAM 4GB ROM 6GB. I've downloaded NBA live to understand if happens the same issue and exactly the same things, the app carge and open correctly but when ask to insert the birthdate month and year the window is blocked. In attached you find a print screen of the issue. I check the authorisation of the app and the setup of the wifi and seems to be correct (I've compared this with my smartphone that the app functions correctly).

I don't know why happens this and what can I do, maybe need to install some other services, java, netruntime, etc? Please, help me.

Hi @owmv2yxt8xev, Are you able to verify on an Android or iOS smartphone is this happens?

    I as said in my previous post, in my android smartphone doesn't happen this problem! I could insert the birthday month and year, and the app started perfectly, using the same wi-fi signal.
