I can't join FC Mobile since this morning.

This morning I was playing and I finished playing and closed the game, a few minutes later I tried to join again but as soon as I got into the game I was taken out, I tried several times until once I was taken out and I got a message that said “ Exception in runtime ‘ FC Mobile’.
“FC Mobile is experiencing crashes. Please contact FC Mobile customer service for a solution. 
I contacted a service person and told him what was happening and he very kindly asked me for my account information and shortly after informed me that I should clear the game cache and if it didn't work I should wait 24-48 hours to see if anything happened because the problem was recent. I did what he said, I cleared the cache and tried to join but it didn't work and now I have to wait to see if anything happened because of those hours of waiting.
I would love for someone to give me a solution as soon as possible please.
Also just in case anything I'm from android.
The EA support guy suggested me to comment the problem here because they could also give me a solution and to communicate the problem.
