I complete the offer but don't get any reward

I complete a offer in mobile tapjoy when I download and play the game but I don't see any reward then I try to get help from EA support care and when they try to help me they ask me for a screenshot but when I play the game I don't take any screenshot that's why I give them a online screenshot they block  me from tapjoy and i don’t receive any reward what should I do now?  can you please unblock my tab joy count and give me my missing you what
