I payed 10,000 gems to get a UCL star pass “mini pass” and I didn’t get it so I contacted the support 2 hours ago and I didn’t get my reward.

Raise a ticket with the EA helpdesk for missing content via in-game menu
alarees989 so you have gone into the mini-pass from the Laliga Menu and the top row (the paid section) is not open and available to claim rewards?
