I didn't receive what I paid for.
I bought fc points(the daily deal) and i spend $9.99 for 1,500 fc points. My purchase went through and it charged my account, but it said purchase failed in the game. I restarted the app received nothing. I restarted my phone and also got nothing. I have the evidence and the screenshots that my account has been charged. I tried going to customer service, but the articles didn't provide me with a way to prove I wasn't getting what I paid for. For example, it told me I needed screenshots, but there was nothing specified where I had to send those screenshots.
