I failed to rank up a player with 100% probability

I failed to rank up a player with 100% probability in FC Mobile. how's it possible? and EA is doing nothing

    @f4oo5z4ih0eb It shouldn't be possible. Which player and what did you use for rank up? Have you contacted customer support in game?
