I had ballon d’or issue last 5 days NO HELP
I have had contact with EA on this site with open case after the in FC Mobile game told me to come here just to be told to go back to the game app support. I had issues since week 4 and not earning tickets which was whole point to unlock all 4 players and then get the main rewards. BECAUSE OF THIS I WAS 2k points short and received nothing. I HAVE OVER 100 screen shots of chats of me constantly repeating myself and sending them screen shots and I still haven’t heard anything since yesterday the 17. Again I started contacting 4-5 days ago when I noticed issue and seen others had issues. I unsderstand I am not only player with problems but I do spend a decent amount of money on this game including daily and weekly boost and event passes. I feel no one should just be brushed off after spending time and money on their product to achieve something and saying owell even if it’s their cause of issue or glitch I should say.
