I have never been able to claim free FC Points nor can I even buy them

Since I started playing fifa mobile 24 has never allowed me to buy FC points and with this event and that of the lunar dragon I cannot claim the Fc points even those given away by fifa mobile!

I downloaded it from the Apple store on an IOS device but the problem that the Fc points event ends as it had already happened to me in the Lunar Dragon event 

These are from my other device that my main device does not even give me the hand to buy the Fc points which is an iphone 14 pro instead in the ipad 5 generation of 2013 gives me more possibilities but the free ones of the event does not give them to me as on the main one what do I do?
