Can’t play online matches

The game freezes and hangs while entering the match

Then you get a message saying the match has timed out.

I log in to my account from other devices, but I still can't access live matches.

can you help?

    One of the players posted in another thread:
    Change your banner, logo and theme all to default and you should be able to play the game again.!!
    So, I would suggest that people try that and advise    .

    I'll get CMs to merge threads later.
