I have two similar players but can't rank up
Hello FC mobile team.
I have two Dante players. First Dante was 93 and I used a universal rank player to rank him to 94.
Today I got another Dante of 93 but I can't use him to rank .
Why is that.?

- @b83bf4ec9db9fbb7 If your first player was untradable and you ranked him using a universal card, then in order to rank him again you will either need another untradable or a tradable of the same rank (green)
