I lost all my hard earned tots shards…

I lost all my shards due to the new division rivals update. I thought that I had until June 12 to claim my rewards for the tots shards but because of the update I could not play and get my reward. I have been working really hard to try to get lots of tots shards so that I could buy some utots players. My parents usually don’t let me have lots of time to play Fc Mobile, but I have been working hard to try get more playing time for this event. I had a little under 1000 shards. I am an Fc Barcelona fan and therefore I wanted to either get some Barca players or get a right back. Here is the Home Screen when I play, showing in the top left my player profile and in the middle you can see my overall ranking. On the next picture you can see the Utots players I wanted to buy. I wanted to use the shards for one or two Barcelona players,  but if I could not then I was going to get a right back. If you only would give me one player could you please give me lamine yamal? If you won’t that is okay. Please help, Thank you.
