I lost my 123 ovr account

I lost my 123 ovr account that has the username xeida_, while I was opening the game as usual instead of logging me into my original team it created a new account that has level 1 and that account is connected to my Facebook to my ea account and to my Google play but even tho those three apps are connected they all put me in a level 1 account which is weird can somebody do something about my issue
