I payed for universal player and it was taken due to rank up failure

I bought a universal player to improve my keeper's ranking, I got the player in a UCL packet, so there is no way to buy duplicates, hence the universal player purchased, when I selected "rank up" the universal player showed next to my player and I proceeded to rank up, I got msg that said "rank up failed"... Yet I lost the universal player I bought, customer care say that it is how it is intended to be and there is nothing they can do... I dnt mind the "rank up failure" but I would like my universal player back....

  • @3vvek8bdjt26 if you fill the rank meter to 100 percent then it won’t fail … less than that and you take the chance that it fails and you lose your player.

    If you didn’t lose the player then you would just use one player in every rank exchange and just repeat until you finally get lucky

    So you think it is right that a new player like me should lose he's money he spend on a universal player? R200 is not small change for me, why would a rank up that failed work on a later date if the player keeps on trying it???? Surely the system already decided that it was not sufficient??? Who does that money go to???? If I knew that it would happen I would obviously not have done it.... IT IS NEVER OK TO TAKE A CUSTOMERS MONEY ...

    @3vvek8bdjt26 Mate - I’m just telling you - there is a percentage chance indicator on the rank up screen … if you are not at 100 percent then the rank up could fail … at 100 percent it never fails.

    I’m sorry you didn’t understand, but there are plenty of guides and a success indicator
