I payed for universal player and it was taken due to rank up failure
I bought a universal player to improve my keeper's ranking, I got the player in a UCL packet, so there is no way to buy duplicates, hence the universal player purchased, when I selected "rank up" the universal player showed next to my player and I proceeded to rank up, I got msg that said "rank up failed"... Yet I lost the universal player I bought, customer care say that it is how it is intended to be and there is nothing they can do... I dnt mind the "rank up failure" but I would like my universal player back....
