i purchased a FC mobile star pass through the FC Mobile Webstore

hello i purchased a FC mobile star pass through the FC Mobile Webstore The money was successfully charged from my payment method but i did not receive the star pass in the game the order is no longer showing as pending i have already restarted the game and checked my inbox but the purchase is still missing Please check my order and add the Star Passto my account or refund the payment
