I want to change my Date of Birth

My phone was lagging when I added my date of birth. I am over 18 and would like to top up.

Hey 02v85f3n2yos​, 

You can update your EA account information by go to your Account information page and clicking 'Edit' next to your Date of Birth.

 

However, if your date of birth was accidentally popped in as under 18, then you'll need our support team's help with this. Have you tried contacting our support team?
