Icon chronicles emotes and logos reward problem

@hi8rdgn747ve yeah - i feel like one of those doesn't count towards it - like it was obtained not as part of the paths, but as an initial give away or something

I have been told its not a bug and that it will be able to be completed once the remaining slots open ... patience grasshopers!
