Issue in fc mobile TV

Hello Ea forum admins , there is a problem in my extra time in fc mobile TV, I want to watch the fc Pro Shangai parts to get the rewards but it says you must sign in for our community first and I have signed for everything but anyway it doesn't work please help me to fix this problem, and it is not just in these ones also in the others I can't watch them either.
