Issue in fc mobile

Have a Big problem when play european Championships semifinal and final og fc mobile. I am on the dfficulties Beginner. But semifinal and final is so * difficult. It is not beginner. It so * frustrat...

I’m sorry, but I don’t understand what the problem is - as the tournament progresses the games get harder because the teams have better stats … if you are still winning them, then I don’t see how there is an issue 🤷‍♀️

Every level is like that - on world class playing with Germany I can beat Scotland by 3 or 4 goals in the opening match, but by the final I can maybe squeeze two past Spain as they have better players.

There is no issue with the gameplay, it is how it is meant to be

I also have another problem. I the game the Sound is disappers, and when i screw up and Down, the Sound is coming back very fast and dissapears again. Its happening almost everyday and it so * frustrating and annoying. Please fix the problem now. And there are some moves in the game there are jumping and lacking. Fix also that now

iPhone 13 Pro Max. And now i lost mission in the fc mobile in icon chronicle. But after that the game says that i won? It is a big issue and a Big bug. You have to solve that issue right now, so i Can beat the mission again tomorrow. Please do it now? And do you answer me now?

And sometimes when i have installeded fc mobile, then the game is lacking a little bit. So you also have to fix issue now. Please do it.

Hi mate - so a couple of things:

I’m a volunteer - so i’m not on here doing line chat

There are sometimes issues with the sound, particularly if you have a Bluetooth device connected and take a call or are listening to music at the same - a reboot of the device will usually fix it, but this is something that the team has looked into and it is a device setting issue, not a game issue.

Lagging in pve is device related - there is no server activity except at the end of the match when you get your rewards - if the lag is when getting rewards etc, then it is likely local traffic or server activity.

As for your icon chronicles loss recording as a win - I’m not sure what you mean - did you get the rewards 🤷‍♀️. Some screen shots would be helpful

I got a message that there was a problem with the icon chronicles last week's football game. Maybe that's what I've experienced. It also said there was a program with the iOS disconnect in the end. Could it be an interruption in that it said I won but I know I didn't. That it interrupts the message that I lost.
the game told me i won it stands like i won. But truth is that i lost. Is it a know issue?

@Noti1993 The issue with icon chronicles was that it was not counting an icon in the quests - the iOS issue was a login one, so yeah, maybe that was behind your weird game result 🤷‍♀️

Regarding the sound, I don't have a Bluetooth device connected and I don't hear music nor am I on a call when I play the game. So how to fix it? It can only be something with the game.
