Issue linking account and purchasing packs

When I try to link my fc mobile account to my ea account, I can get as far as selecting the ea account I want to link, however, once I click on it, it loads a black screen. If I click to go back a page, the game goes back to the title screen.

With the shop, I can get as far as confirming payment method, however, when the fingerprint verification loads, if I click on it, this goes away for a second (having being accepted) and then loads again (so I am constantly being asked for fingerprint verification). If I go back, the game is at the title screen again.

Help!
