Issue with ranking up
When trying ranking up a player with same player card but don't showing the card

Show us a picture of both players
That is an untradable - if you are trying to rank them with a player you purchased in the market, they need to be of the exact same rank level (purple)
if they are the same rank level and it is not working, then make sure both are out of any lineups and try ranking up the tradable version rather than the untradable one
