Hi , before you mark this solve and copy paste your solution that something triggered your filter , please do not even bother yourself to answer. 
I can’t write anything into our league chat for over 2 weeks :) . Your advice clearly not working , trying to write every day without any luck . I tried also skip 24 hours without to send any messages. I reinstalled the game , my phone and everything I have done what was on the troubleshooting page. No luck . Seems to be a bug what’s not device related. Neither user related is just something in your system what should be fixed asap , because it messes up the game experience.
