League Creation and League Token Exchange Temporarily Disabled

Hello FC Mobile fans!

I wanted to drop in here and let you know that we have temporarily disabled the creation of new Leagues while we work on fixing some issues. We have also temporarily disabled the League Token Exchange tab in the Store.

At the moment we don't have a time frame for when this might be fixed, but we will let you know as soon as we have any updates.

We thank you for being patient with us while we work on getting this sorted!

With yesterday's update, a bug was identified where some users were able acquire a large amount of League Tokens.To ensure fairness, we've temporarily disabled league creation and removed the League Tokens Exchange from the Store while we working on a fix.These are the measures that we are taking:

Leagues

League creation will be re-enabled after the bug is fixed.

The League Token Exchange in the Store will return after League Token amounts have been addressed.

League Token Balances & Rewards

We will investigate and deduct any undue benefits gained through the loophole, in order to maintain fairness in the game.

Prime ICONs claimed with these League Tokens will be changed to their Base version.

Make Good

We understand that this bug may have impacted your experience and we will be releasing a Make Good. More details will be shared in a future message.

In what game mode did the bug occur? Leagues
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What happens when the bug occurs? I was added in a league then I was being removed but the bug still showing that I am added in a league even though I am not added
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 8:50PM IST

League store is not updated in my account.
In store there is no league exchanges in it.even though I have 12k league tokens I have been collected for it

After updating the game I had a problem with the league. When I tried to join the league I was successfully accepted but after that the league admin kicked me out of the league. After that I tried to join another league but it couldn't and a notification appeared "ERROR you have joined with other leagues" even though the league I previously entered has kicked me out and my username is not in the list of members of that league. And on my profile sometimes the league I previously entered appears but after I press see league the league doesn't appear afterwards on my profile league it's gone but I still can't join with other leagues and on the league page it just brings up league recommendations but I can't join
