Limited graphics and fps on a qualified device

Hi my issue is my phone meets the minimum requirements for 60 fps and highest graphics but its capped to medium graphics and 30 fps only wich looks terrible please help me fix it my phone is Infinix hot 60 pro with mediatik helio g200 chip and 8 ram
