Hi there. Can you confirm that you're 100% sure you're using the same email address that was originally linked to your FC Mobile account?
If possible, please try logging in with any other email addresses you may have used in the past. When a different FC Mobile account appears on a new device or on the redemption site, it usually means that the game is linked to a different EA account than the one currently being used to sign in. Test it from a new incognito tab on a redeem code page to see if auto fill in detaisl are not causing any issues.Let us know if testing other email addresses makes any difference.

Thank you for answering, this is very confusing, I opened it on 2 different browsers, and the result on safari is the new account and chrome is still the old account
