Loading Issu

Dear EA Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue I have been experiencing with my EA account. Since the launch of FC mobile 26, I have been able to log in, but the game gets stuck on a loading screen. It doesn't load the home page, and only the background music is audible. My registered email is [edit: email address removed], my EA ID is Ruhan2822, and my in-game name is AH. RUHAN.
This login issue is occurring on my Android devices, a Samsung A22 5G and a Vivo V50 Lite.
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:
Clearing the cache and data of the FC mobile 26 app.
Reinstalling the app.
Changing my EA account password.
Attempting to log in on a different device.
I have not violated any terms of service, and the problem seems to be directly related to the new game update. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and help me regain access to my account.
