Hi EA Community and Game Team,

 

I am unable to log in to my FC Mobile account via Facebook and keep receiving Error 0x00000001. An EA Advisor confirmed that the issue is a region mismatch: my account is US based, but I am currently located in Myanmar, causing the security protocol to block the login session.

Platform: iOS (iPhone)

Current Location: Myanmar

 

I have already contacted EA Help, but they were unable to manually align my region or reset the session. I have a lot of progress and purchases on this account. Can the technical team please help me override this login block or update my account region to Myanmar?
