"Hello EA Support Team,

I am experiencing a login issue in FC Mobile. Every time I try to open the game, I receive an error message that says: 'Login Failed. We failed to log in. Please try again. Error Code: 0x00000001'.

I have attached a screenshot of the error. Please help me resolve this issue so I can access my account.
