@bhnete598s7e Hi mate — it’s always dangerous to have two accounts on the one device, which is why EA recommends against it.
If you have the user id and details from the previous account then give them to customer service and see if they can restore it … however if you have managed yo both overwrite the account on your device and relink it to your overarching EA account (be it by Facebook or whatever) then chances are you are out of luck
