i recently changed from an andorid phone to an apple iphone. When i tried relogining through the iphone, this error pops out code 0x0021006e

i recently changed from an andorid to an iphone. when i tried to login my eafc mobile account with facebook on the iphone, this error pops out. code 0x0021006e please help me reslove this as i am very close to achieving 112 ovr
